AU. Cisco's just trying to keep his head down and get through his Molecular Biology Class without giving away that he's a meta to the prejudiced professor. But he keeps getting into loud debates with his cute classmate, who has a secret of her own. Maybe the start of a longer fic? I hope so, anyway. Killervibe.

A missing moment from 5x04. When Caitlin gets home and gets ready to relax with Cisco, she fills him in on what he's missed while he was out of Star Labs. Killervibe, one-shot

Star Wars
Tears with Laughter (suits you) - skitzofreak
Cassian and Jyn (but mostly Cassian) screwing with Han Solo over his reaction to Princess Leia. Fluffy and fun. Rebelcaptain, one-shot

White Flag - skitzofreak
A snuggling story with mild violence, Jyn being unromantic, and Cassian being a total ridiculous schmoop. The author tagged it with "love is warm toes" and it's true.  Rebelcaptain, one-shot

All the Time in the World - guineapiggie
A prompt fill for "Cassian taking care of Jyn after a particularly rough mission." Cassian is freaking out and trying not to show it, Jyn is in pain and trying not to show it, and they're both hanging in there. Rebelcaptain, one-shot

Yay, this is awesome! And I think I prefer it this way, as a 'list of fics I've recommended this past week'. Easy to jump to just the fandoms that interest me personally.

What a good idea! I've missed fic digests (a few people do them on Tumblr, but they're easy to miss on the dash).

Yes! I feel like the digest works nicely in this format where it would get lost fairly quickly on tumblr.

That seems to be the consensus! Other question - should I stay keeping it all together or break it out into separate posts by fandom? I mean, I don't read that widely but there's not a lot of overlap between my main two.

I guess the only need to post them by fandom would be for tagging purposes. But since tagging here works so differently than tumblr it's really more a personal preference - I don't really mind either way!

That's so true. I get annoyed on Tumblr when someone posts something fairly general in the Killervibe tag with 33 1/2 other tags attached to it. But since DW doesn't sort by tags on any grander scale than the individual journal, people know what they're in for.

This is awesome! I love the format you used. I was less active in fandom for awhile (real life stuff), and am looking for good fic recs to catch up. I think I missed quite a bit. I love both the SW authors you mentioned so I look forward to adding these to my reading list!

I think fic recs like these are so important to fandom and it's great that you are doing it. I'm thinking of doing something similar next year and may steal this format from you, if you don't mind! Thanks for sharing.

Please steal away! I think this is a basic format that I've seen around for years. It just doesn't do well on Tumblr because that site moves so fast.
